• curtail the operator鈥檚 licence held by J & G Riddell Ltd from 20 to 15 vehicles for 3 months with effect from 23:59 on Friday 19 October 2018. During the suspension the 5 vehicles cannot be used on an other licences.
• issue a warning to Mr Gordon Riddell as to their repute
• issue a warning to John Riddell as to his repute as a transport manager. He must attend a transport manager refresher course and produce evidence of that to my office within 6 months
