• disqualify James Angus Dickie for a period of 4 years from applying or holding an operator鈥檚 licence in this or any traffic area
• disqualify Thomas Malcolm for life from applying or holding an operator鈥檚 licence in this or any traffic area
• disqualify Arlene Dunleavy for a period of 5 years from applying or holding an operator鈥檚 licence in this or any traffic area
• disqualify John McCormack as a transport manager for a period of 5 years
• disqualify James Angus Dickie as a transport manager for a period of 4 years
