About the Seafarers� Advice and Information Line

»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp Seafarersâ€� Advice and Information Line (SAIL) is a charity which provides free advice to all seafarers, including Royal Navy and Royal Marine veterans.

»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýappy cover the whole of the UK and provide free, impartial, independent and confidential advice on a range of topics, including:

  • benefits
  • housing
  • debt
  • employment
  • consumer issues
  • family and relationships

»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýappir service is available to anyone who has served, along with their partners, widows or widowers and dependants.

Advice is provided by telephone and email.

Veterans can self-refer for advice, but referrals are also accepted from third parties, and SAIL can provide second-tier advice to organisations supporting seafarers.
