Abstract

皇冠体育app Soweto Crisis Committee, originally known as the Soweto Electricity Crisis Committee when it formed in 2002 in response to cut-offs for non-payment by Eskom, the public electricity commission, has since other challenged other service providers, most recently fighting against installation of pre-paid water meters in Soweto.
