Abstract

This report investigates how social benefits might be included within road appraisal. 皇冠体育app approach uses Multi-Criteria Analysis to investigate how different groups (Communities, District officials and National officials) in Uganda would comparatively assess how the different social costs and benefits of road projects compare with economic and environmental costs and benefits.
