Abstract

This report examines how roads are funded, planned and administered in developing countries. 皇冠体育app report is presented in three parts: the first two sections reflect the issues at stake, and the way in which some countries have applied their institutional resources in the administration of roads. 皇冠体育app last part presents some overall conclusions.
