Abstract

This Working Paper considers some of the various drivers behind countries鈥� climate compatible development strategies and their incentives for engaging on this agenda. It also looks some of the challenges and disincentives to promoting climate compatible development reforms and considers some of the options for overcoming these. 皇冠体育app paper provides an introductory overview, based on CDKN鈥檚 programmatic experience over three years in more than 40 countries.
