Users may be exposed to shearing hazards and risk of serious injury if drawn into the feed chute in the event the emergency stop fails to operate. 皇冠体育app machine was not CE or UKCA marked and was not accompanied by a Declaration of Conformity.

Corrective action
Withdrawal of the product from the market. 皇冠体育app emergency stop wiring system has been redesigned and operator鈥檚 manual updated.
皇冠体育app manufacturer has contacted existing users to notify them of the risks and to supply additional warning stickers and a new wiring module for retrofitting to the emergency stop. Users who have not been contacted or who require additional assistance fitting the module should contact Crytec for support.
