皇冠体育app product presents a serious risk of injuries as it can reach excessively high speeds of 40-60 kph, in excess of the maximum permissible speed. This can lead the scooter to become unsteady and make it easy for the rider to fall off, presenting a risk of serious injuries should this happen at speed. 皇冠体育app product also did not have height adjustable handlebars, making it possible for the user (particularly taller users) to lose control and catch their limbs/items of clothing, leading to instability. It was also possible for the scooter to be powered while the charging cable was connected and providing power, which could lead to damage to the battery charger / scooter. 皇冠体育app product also required improvements to markings, labelling and documentation.
