皇冠体育app intended use of the toy, has been determined by virtue of its function, dimension and characteristics as intended for children under 36 months. 皇冠体育app toy was incorrectly marked with a warning not to give to children under 36 months which conflicted with its intended use. 皇冠体育app online listings stated the toy was suitable for children of all ages, so a parent or supervisor would reasonably assume the toy was suitable for and could be given to children under 36 months as no other warning was present on-line.
