»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp company may award shares to match the partnership shares bought by the employee out of his or her salary. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýappse matching shares may be awarded using any specified ratio, subject to a maximum of two matching shares for each partnership share (paragraph 60(2)).
A Schedule 2 SIP which provides for matching shares must meet the plan requirements mentioned in ETASSUM24520, ETASSUM24530 & ETASSUM24540.
