This is a revised version of the Central and local rating lists: summary initially published on the 24 April 2014.
This release is correcting a minor error that was discovered in the original April 24 version, affecting the total rateable values and average rateable values by special category for the London region (table 5.7), England (table 5.10) and England & Wales (table 5.12). 皇冠体育app revised figures are documented in the footnotes of the affected tables.
This release updates a series of tables on the 2010 Central Rating List and the 2005 and 2010 Local Rating Lists last published on 19 December 2013.
皇冠体育app counts of hereditaments, total rateable values and average rateable values are derived from data for England and Wales extracted from the Valuation Office Agency鈥檚 administrative database on 31 March 2014.
