You must have a valid DUNS number (provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation you are registering. Full instructions on registering and using the system are available.
Once registered, send an email entitled 鈥榁AWG Service Transformation Fund鈥�, to OGD&[email protected] containing:
- your organisation鈥檚 name
- your contact name
- email address
- telephone number
