HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) commissioned Ipsos to explore traders鈥� and customs intermediaries鈥� experiences of IT systems and software (including Internet of Things devices) among UK businesses for managing supply chain information.

皇冠体育app research aimed to explore:

• the terminology used by businesses to describe the systems and software
• the benefits and challenges to businesses from using these systems
• the reasons why businesses were not using these systems
• whether businesses would be comfortable sharing data held on these systems with government to facilitate trade
