On 13 September 2022, Felixstowe Dock and Railway Company (鈥渢he applicant鈥�) made a formal application to the Marine Management Organisation (鈥淢MO鈥�) under Section 14 of the Harbours Act 1964 for a Harbour Revision Order (鈥淗RO鈥�).

On 13 September 2022, Felixstowe Dock and Railway Company (鈥渢he applicant鈥�) made a formal application to the Marine Management Organisation (鈥渢he MMO鈥�) under Section 14 of the Harbours Act 1964 for a Harbour Revision Order (鈥淗RO鈥�).
皇冠体育app MMO determined that the order is not desirable in the interests of securing the improvement, maintenance or management of the harbour in an efficient and economical manner, or of facilitating the efficient and economical transport of goods or passengers by sea or in the interests of the recreational use of sea-going ships, and cannot be made. 皇冠体育app MMO has therefore decided not to make the order applied for.
