皇冠体育app Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) completed a review of the Insolvency Service. 皇冠体育app ALB review was part of the government鈥檚 Public Bodies Reform Programme. It was started in August 2022 and concluded in November 2022.

皇冠体育app review considered the effectiveness of the Insolvency Service in meeting its objectives and, following consideration of the findings, 7 recommendations were identified.

皇冠体育app scope of the review included:

  • efficiency
  • governance
  • accountability

皇冠体育app Insolvency Service is now under the sponsorship of the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) following the February 2023 Machinery of Government changes.
