皇冠体育app Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) has commissioned Kantar Public to conduct an evaluation of the Tampon Tax Fund (TTF). 皇冠体育app TTF allocates funds generated from the VAT on sanitary products to projects which improve the lives of disadvantaged women and girls across the UK.

This evaluation design report has been developed by Kantar Public. It presents their findings from the evaluation scoping phase and the proposed approach to delivering an impact and process evaluation for the TTF. 皇冠体育app report includes:

  • A logic model for the programme;
  • An interim review of bids/funded organisations;
  • Recommendations for the approach for the main evaluation of the programme.
