皇冠体育app Sunbeds (Regulation) Act 2010 came into force on 8 April 2011.聽聽 皇冠体育app Act imposes a duty on anyone involved in carrying on a sunbed businesses to ensure that no person under the age of 18 years:

  • uses a sunbed
  • is offered the use of a sunbed;聽or
  • is present in a restricted zone

皇冠体育app Act will be enforced by local authority authorised officers.

皇冠体育app Guidance on the Implementation of the Sunbeds (Regulation) Act 2010 is aimed at local authority authorised officers to support enforcement of the legislation
