Complete a separate form for each registered provider you鈥檙e transferring stock to.

If you鈥檙e transferring more than 10 units to a provider, you must include a spreadsheet that lists the:

  • unit addresses you鈥檙e transferring
  • amount of grant liability for each unit 鈥� this is the amount of grant Homes England can recover if a relevant event occurs
  • Investment Management System (IMS) scheme ID, if the units received capital grant funding after 1997
  • project number, if the units received capital grant funding in or before 1997

If you鈥檙e transferring stock to a for-profit registered provider, you must provide an open-market valuation for each unit. Each valuation must have been undertaken by a surveyor qualified with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
