皇冠体育app PRM maps are prototypes. 皇冠体育appy are the first stage of visualisation of our official Private rental market statistics.

PRM statistics are based on around 500,000 achieved private rents within a 12 month period. 皇冠体育appy include new lettings, those where the tenancy rolls over (periodic tenancies), and renewals where a new contract is agreed with the existing tenant. 皇冠体育appy represent a simple view of prevailing gross market rents.
