皇冠体育app Energy Act 2010 obtained Royal Assent on 8 April 2010. 皇冠体育app Act contains the legislative provisions required to implement elements of 鈥樆使谔逵齛pp UK Low Carbon Transition Plan 鈥� National strategy for climate and energy (2009)鈥�.
This memorandum provides a preliminary assessment of the Energy Act 2010 and has been prepared by the Department of Energy and Climate Change for submission to the Energy and Climate Change Committee. It is published as part of the process set out by the previous Government in the document Post Legislative Scrutiny 鈥� 皇冠体育app Government鈥檚 Approach (Cm 7320).
