皇冠体育app Levelling Up, Housing and Communities Select Committee undertook an inquiry in 2021 on permitted development rights. 皇冠体育appir made a number of recommendations in respect of permitted development rights, Article 4 directions and use classes etc.

Alongside the introduction of the Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill and the government response to the Select Committee report on 皇冠体育app Future of Planning, the government has now published its response to these recommendations.
