皇冠体育appse undertakings were given under the monopoly provisions of the Fair Trading Act 1973. 皇冠体育appy require PRS For Music to abide by 44 recommendations made by the former Monopolies and Mergers Commission. 皇冠体育appse recommendations relate to its corporate governance and efficiency of collection and distribution of royalties. In addition, the undertakings allow PRS For Music members to self-administer their own live performing rights.
