This research was commissioned to gain a better understanding of the:

  • motivations for employers using occupational health
  • factors influencing the shape and scope of occupational health
  • ways in which different employers use occupational health in practice

»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp sample for this research was drawn from the employers that had taken part in the ‘Sickness absence and health in the workplace: Understanding employer behaviour and practiceâ€� survey. This research will be published later in 2019.

»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp findings of this research will help inform future policy development and reform of occupational health.
