Small businesses that supply government can act as 鈥榤ystery shoppers鈥�. 皇冠体育appy can tell the Mystery Shopper scheme about tenders they did not understand or instances of what they believed to be poor procurement practice. 皇冠体育app government uses this information to help challenge procurers to be more transparent and open.

皇冠体育app Mystery Shopper scheme publishes the results of the investigations into the cases received, including the issues and how many cases had been resolved at that point. We update these results every month.
