We have a received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following:Â
Instructions/guidance/procedures for staff on how to process:
- anything raised via the MPs helplines/hotlines
- anything raised through correspondence from an MP or their staff relating to individual cases
- any complaints raised by MPs or their staff relating to individual cases
Please include any ways in which cases where MPs have taken an interest are handled or catalogued or flagged differently.
We released the following information on 09 June 2010:

»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp first two documents are called ‘Instructions on drafting replies to MPsâ€� correspondenceâ€�. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp first version of this document is only a draft version. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp draft version is currently awaiting senior management sign off before it can be considered as official guidance in place. It is intednded to replace the second document below which expired in November 2009 and is no longer the guidance in place. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp third document is entitled ‘MP Account and MP Support Account Manager Guidanceâ€�.
