This notice replaces MGN 398 (M+F). This notice should be read in conjunction with the Merchant Shipping (Anti-Fouling Systems) Regulations 2024 and 皇冠体育app International Convention on the Control of Harmful Anti-Fouling Systems on Ships, 2001.
