Alleged breach of section 1(2)(b) of the Trade Union (Amalgamations, etc) Act 1964 in that the voting on the resolution of a merger by Instrument of Transfer of the Union to the Transport and General Workers Union breached the Act. 皇冠体育app complaint was dismissed.
