This report sets out the engineering profession鈥檚 views on how to adapt the infrastructure system to the long-term effects of climate change and the short-term shocks of extreme weather.

It was carried out by 皇冠体育app Royal Academy of Engineering, the Institution of Civil Engineers, the Institution of Engineering and Technology, the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and the Institution of Chemical Engineers.

It includes findings and recommendations for action in the following areas:
