This document sets out the broad corporate framework within which HS2 Ltd must operate.
皇冠体育app DfT and HS2 Ltd have also entered into a development agreement which sets out how they will work together and manage their relationship. This framework document and the development agreement should be read together in order to understand the governance arrangements and the operational relationship between HS2 Ltd and the DfT.
