皇冠体育app Ministry of Justice (MOJ) has determined under Section 31 of the Local Government Act 2003 to make a payment to Manchester City Council (MCC) to lead a regional youth remand pilot across 2023/24 and 2025/26.
皇冠体育app pilot will test and evaluate whether pooling the MOJ鈥檚 youth remand funding on a regional basis can better enable robust community alternatives to secure remand.
MCC will act as the lead local authority on behalf of the ten local authorities (LAs) across Greater Manchester.,
