This order prevents tour operators and travel agents from tying travel insurance to the sale of foreign package holidays.

This order was made under the monopoly provisions of the Fair Trading Act 1973. 皇冠体育app order prevents customers from being charged extra, by travel agents or tour operators, when they do not take out a travel agent鈥檚 or tour operator鈥檚 holiday insurance.
