皇冠体育app National College for Teaching and Leadership offered the fellowship programme to national leaders of education (NLEs). NLEs could then apply and were selected for the programme to develop their leadership skills and experience.

皇冠体育app selected NLEs were asked to develop and produce policies and reports during their time in the programme. 皇冠体育appse reports are from 2012 and 2013 respectively.
