This study examines the volume of litigation at the Patents Court (PHC) and the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC) between 2007 and 2013. 皇冠体育app study provides a comprehensive picture of patent litigation at the PHC and IPEC.

皇冠体育app report focuses on the number of cases involving European patents litigated at these venues. Unless patentees opt out of this new court, cases involving European patents will fall under the jurisdiction of the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
