皇冠体育app High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Bill enables the Secretary of State for Transport to make class approvals for a number of ancillary matters that are subject to the planning regime in Schedule 16 of the Bill. Schedule 16, Part 1, Paragraph 4 of the Bill deals specifically with conditions relating to ancillary matters.
