Informing the Integrated National Transport Strategy: People's Panels privacy notice

»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp Department for Transport (DfT) will run online People’s Panels to gather the views of different groups of people to inform the development of an Integrated National Transport Strategy (INTS). This strategy will set the long-term vision for how transport should be designed, built and operated in England.

Data we collect and how we use it
We will process the following personal data:
- your name(s)
- your email address
- your accessibility requirements (optional)
- your gender
- your ethnicity
- your age
- information relating to disabilities or long-standing health conditions
- the region you live in and whether you live in an urban or rural area
- information relating to your household, including income and household makeup
- information relating to your religious beliefs
Personal data is required to ensure the successful facilitation of the session.
We will also process demographic data to allow consideration of the needs of different demographic groups to help eliminate discrimination, advance equality of opportunity and foster good relations between people with different backgrounds.
