  • revoke the operator licence held by Denise Maxwell t/a Knowle Transport with effect from 10 March 2018

  • disqualify Paul Horsburgh indefinitely from acting as transport manager under any on any operator鈥檚 licence, and until the transport manager CPC examination has been taken again and passed

  • disqualifying Denise Maxwell for 5 years from holding or obtaining any type of operator鈥檚 licence in any traffic area with effect from 10 March 2018

  • disqualifying Denise Maxwell for 5 years from being a director of a company holding or obtaining an operator鈥檚 licence with effect from 10 March 2018
