1. 皇冠体育app restricted goods vehicle operator licence OF1042015 held by A Riddel & Sons Scrap Metal & Skip Hire Ltd is revoked with effect from 0001 hours on 5 November 2023 pursuant to Section 26(1)(c)(iii), (e) and (f) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 (鈥渢he 1995 Act鈥�).

2.聽A Riddel & Sons Scrap Metal & Skip Hire Ltd and director Andrew Glenn Riddel are disqualified from holding or obtaining any type of operator鈥檚 licence in any traffic area and from being the directors of any company holding or obtaining such a licence, pursuant to Section 28(1), (4) and (5) of the 1995 Act. 皇冠体育app disqualification is for a period of five years, from 5 November 2023 until 5 November 2028.

3.聽皇冠体育app restricted goods vehicle operator licence OF2022043 held by JR Tippers Ltd is revoked with effect from 0001 hours on 5 November 2023 pursuant to Section 26(1)(e) and (f) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 (鈥渢he 1995 Act鈥�).

4.聽聽JR Tippers Ltd and director Jake Riddel are disqualified from holding or obtaining any type of operator鈥檚 licence in any traffic area and from being the directors of any company holding or obtaining such a licence, pursuant to Section 28(1), (4) and (5) of the 1995 Act. 皇冠体育app disqualification is for a period of 12 months, from 5 November 2023 until 5 November 2024.
