Decisions

1. 皇冠体育app standard national vehicle operator licence OD1123437 held by Turners Pallets & Recycling Services Ltd is hereby revoked with immediate effect, pursuant to Sections 26(1)(c)(ii), (f) and (h) and 27(1)(a) and (b) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 (鈥渢he 1995 Act鈥�).

2. Turners Pallets & Recycling Services Ltd and its directors Darren Turner and Russell Turner are hereby disqualified under Section 28 of the 1995 Act from holding or obtaining an operator鈥檚 licence, and (in the directors鈥� case) from being the director of any company holding or obtaining such a licence. 皇冠体育app disqualification is for an indefinite period of time.

3. Adrienne Turner has lost her good repute as a transport manager, pursuant to Schedule 3 paragraph 1 of the 1995 Act. Under paragraph 16(2) of that Schedule, she is disqualified, with immediate effect and for an indefinite period of time, from acting as a transport manager on any operator鈥檚 licence.
