皇冠体育app standard international goods vehicle operator鈥檚 licence OF2033691 held by Daniels Transport Group Ltd is revoked with effect from 0001 hours on 20 December 2023 pursuant to Section 26(1)(e) and (f) and Section 27(1)(a) and (b) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 (鈥渢he 1995 Act鈥�).

Daniels Transport Group Ltd and John Robert Daniels are disqualified from holding or obtaining any type of operator鈥檚 licence in any traffic area and (in Mr Daniels鈥� case) from being the director of any company holding or obtaining such a licence, pursuant to Section 28(1), (4) and (5) of the 1995 Act. 皇冠体育app disqualification is for a period of three years, from 20 December 2023 until 20 December 2026.

John Robert Daniels has lost his good repute as a transport manager, pursuant to Schedule 3 paragraph 1 of the 1995 Act. Under paragraph 16(2) of that Schedule he is disqualified, with immediate effect and for a period of three years until 21 November 2026, from acting as a transport manager on any operator鈥檚 licence.

I am allowing a period of grace for the company to operate without a transport manager in the four weeks before the licence revocation takes effect.
