Details

A request for information was made about the predicted number of non-payments of the Dartford Crossing charge after the introduction of free flow tolling and for information on non-payment of the Dart Charge in the past 2 years. In response, the Highways Agency provided statistics on compliance rate assumptions and details on penalty charges and enforcement.
