Details
皇冠体育app Treasury established the CCP Resolution Liaison Panel (RLP) in accordance with paragraph 10 of Schedule 11 to the Financial Services & Markets (FSM) Act 2023. 皇冠体育app panel鈥檚 function is to provide advice to the Treasury about the effect of the CCP resolution regime on CCPs, persons who do business with CCPs, and on financial markets. 皇冠体育app panel鈥檚 function includes giving advice to the Treasury on secondary legislation made under the act and the CCP resolution regime code of practice.
