Before you start work
Before you start any alteration work you need to contact us through the details below.
You should then complete and send us the permission application form, with:
- your medical evidence â� for example, a letter from your GP
- evidence of how youâll pay for the alterations
If you do notâŻsendâŻall the informationâŻwe need, yourâŻapplicationâŻmay be delayed or your request refused.

After youâve applied for permission
After youâve sent us the forms, youâll need to pay an administration fee.
When the work is completed
When your alterations are completed you need to send us the âdeclaration of work completedâ� form.
