Directions under section 37A

  1. 皇冠体育app registrar has given the following Directions under section 37A of the Registered Design Act 1949.

  2. 皇冠体育appse Directions direct the use of electronic communications for form DF2A for making an application to the Patent Office for the registration of a design.

  3. 皇冠体育appse Directions come into force on 31 May 2016.
