Part 7 鈥� Dangerous dogs

Part 8 鈥� Firearms
皇冠体育app Act targets those who sell or transfer prohibited weapons or ammunition through the introduction of a new offence and increased sentencing powers for the courts.
Part 9 鈥� Protection from sexual harm and violence
皇冠体育app UK has some of the toughest powers in the world to deal with sex offenders. 皇冠体育app measures in the Act reform the system of civil orders under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 used to protect children and vulnerable adults from sexual harm, making the powers available more flexible and effective. This Part also strengthens the powers to close or monitor premises that have been or may be used for child sexual exploitation.
Part 10 鈥� Forced marriages
皇冠体育app Act makes two changes to tackle forced marriage more effectively: criminalising forcing someone to marry and criminalising the breach of Forced Marriage Protection Orders.
