• disqualify James Stuart Smith, with immediate effect, for a period of 3 years, from acting as Transport Manager on any operator鈥檚 licence. He must first retake and pass the CPC qualification before returning to the industry as a Transport Manager.
• grant a period of grace until 31 August 2018 for the operator to engage a Transport Manager
