Performance and Risk Review

皇冠体育app MOD Director of Sponsorship and Organisation Policy chairs the Performance and Risk Review (P&RR).

皇冠体育app role of the P&RR is to:

  • be a substantive, two-way conversation between senior leaders in MOD Head Office and the UKHO on delivery, performance and risk, and to foster a constructive relationship of support and challenge;
  • enable coherence and collaboration with other Defence and wider stakeholders, including the Chief Operating Officer and the owning Minister.

UKHO Board

皇冠体育app UKHO Board consists of a Non-Executive Chair, two Non-Executive appointments representing our Owner and Defence Customer, and specialist-skilled Non-Executive Directors. You can find current membership under Our Management.

皇冠体育app role of the UKHO Board is to:

  • challenge and support the executive committee
  • scrutinise the executive committee鈥檚 proposals and performance using best governance and risk assessment practice
  • endorse business investment possibilities

UKHO Executive Leadership Team (ELT)

皇冠体育app Chief Executive chairs the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). ELT members comprise the heads of our internal areas:

  • Customer
  • Data Acquisition
  • Finance and Corporate Services
  • People
  • Operations
  • Technology

皇冠体育app purpose of the ELT is to:

  • support and advise the Chief Executive in their management of UKHO
  • review, discuss, and make decisions about the organisation鈥檚 performance against the published Corporate Plan
  • be Directors responsible for the performance, conduct and behaviour in their respective areas. 皇冠体育appy will also hold Senior Responsible/Business Owner remits and are expected to challenge and hold each other mutually accountable for support, both offered and sought

皇冠体育app ELT operates with the full authority of the Chief Executive and meets formally as the Executive Committee, Transformation Committee and Investment Committee.
