皇冠体育app inquiry will examine whether the trustees have properly discharged their legal duties including timely filing of the charity鈥檚 annual accounts and returns and whether, and to what extent, there was mismanagement or misconduct in the administration and management of the charity on the part of the trustees.

皇冠体育app Commission has already issued alerts (see endnote) to charities warning them of the risks associated with business rates relief. Five charities are now under investigation by the regulator in connection to their business rates relief arrangements.

It is the Commission鈥檚 policy, after it has concluded the inquiry, to publish a report detailing what issues the inquiry looked at, what actions were undertaken as part of the inquiry and what the outcomes were. by the Commission are available on its website.
