Inspirational young people wanted

Home Office minister James Brokenshire has lent his support to the Philip Lawrence awards.

This was published under the 2010 to 2015 Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition government

Set up in memory of head teacher Philip Lawrence who was murdered outside his school in 1995, the awards celebrate outstanding contributions made by young聽adults in their communities.

Up to 30 regional finalists will be recognised in November and up to ten national winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in London on 7 December.
