British Embassy Yerevan is now inviting concept bids on Human Rights and Democracy. 皇冠体育app final selection of bids will be made in London by Human Rights and Democracy Programme Fund of the Foreign Commonwealth Office. Projects should begin in June 2015 and must be completed by the end of February 2015. Armenia has not been selected as one of the top countries for this year for Human Rights and Democracy fund but strong bids may still be considered.

皇冠体育app 2015/16 Fund will focus on the following thematic areas:

• Strengthening Democratic Processes

• Promoting and protecting of freedom of expression

• Upholding freedom of religion and belief

• Promoting women鈥檚 rights

To apply for funding, the following procedures and deadlines are applied:

• Concept Bids should be submitted to the British Embassy Yerevan by December 20, 2014. Required template attached.

• If shortlisted, full bids should be submitted to the British Embassy Yerevan by January 15, 2015

• We anticipate that bids will be in the range of 拢20,000 to 拢50,000. Any successful bid will need to be well structured and be able to demonstrate strong accountability and good value for money

• 皇冠体育app selection results will be announced by May 2015

• Bids should be sent electronically to [email protected] indicating 鈥楬RD Bids鈥� in the subject field.
